Squeaky front end with coilovers
My car is lowered on KW coilovers and I'm experiencing some squeaking/creaking from both sides of the front end. The noise occurs more frequently and prominently at lower speeds. I took the car to a local shop (specializing in BMW) to have the car looked over. They loosened and re-torqued everything to ensure proper pre-load and also raised the ride height some as the front was too low in comparison to the rear.
Long story short, the suspension seems to be installed properly and I'm still getting the noise. The shop mentioned it could be the strut/shocks, but I'm looking for some other opinions. |

We have heard noisy KW dampers. Have you try going over speed bumps and see if you can hear the same noise?
Check all mounting bolts and nuts. Do you have the springs seated properly? |
