Oil in throttle body - do I need to be worried?

So, I bought a 2006 320D with M47tu2 engine about a month ago. When I removed the pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body I noticed there was some oil there. The turbo was changed about 20 000 miles ago.
Is this something I need to be worried about, or is it normal? What could be the cause?

I don't think the EGR valve looks too bad, but I cleaned the EGR and inlet manifold as well as changed the crankcase breather and air filter at the same time.

Thanks in advance.

This could be from the old turbo (if they didn't clean it up while replacing it).

I'd clean it up real good and drive a few miles and recheck. If there's still oil in there, the turbo is shot.
