Trying to confirm I'm on the right path to amp/sub's.

Did some searching and I'm 99.9% sure I have the logic 7. Speakers/tweeters front door, speakers rear doors, speaker grill center dash, speaker grilles rear deck. Silver colored amp. (07 e90). Only thing that confuses me is I've seen people say silver grilles, say yellow cones, I have neither as far as I can tell.

So it's not traditional analog signals to amp if in correct so I have to tap into the speaker leads. I have an audiocontrol lc2i, and plan on tapping into the speaker wires running to the under seat sub's. This won't have any negative effect on the signal to the sub's, right? Or should I use the main ouputs on the lc2i to feed a small 2ch amp to power the under seats and the sub outs to the sub amp?

That works just fine the way you have it planned. You can always add another amp for the underseats, they sound much better with the added power. I think I saw a JL XD 700/5 in the classified. That one could work great depending on what trunk sub you have planned.

I have a couple ID8 V.4s that I might just reuse but I figure if Im going to the trouble might as well get a little more out of it and if so probably a pair of sundown audio e12s. Wanted to try SSA subs but even their dcon is more than I want to spend on a pair for this car.
