Can someine tell me how many drive cycles or miles does the JB4 need to be on MAP 0 before a CA SMOG check is done. I was told this need to take place

I think 20-30 miles should suffice. Woot woot, fellow San Diegan represent!

Just curious if this worked? I want to be prepared when the time comes for me to do smog as well.

Easiest to just remove it for smog, then put it back after. The whole thing takes 15-20 minutes.

For flash tunes: about 100 miles
For piggy back tunes: about 30 miles or so.

If you haven't turned on auto code clear then you shouldn't need to drive cycle at at all as all sensors should be in readiness.

If you have turned on auto code clear then you need 30-50 miles of varying drive conditions (city, highway, part, full throttle) etc.
