E93 LCI upgrade retrofit tail light kit for pre-LCI?

I've been looking hard for a while and I can't seem to find any e93 and I can't find any. Depo makes some kits bit all I see is e90. BMW Morristown has a kit but only e92. It seems the only option is piece one together with OEM parts and that comes to almost a grand. Any other options?

Ecs has $700 also. Best price I found. Nothing else?

Only other ones I've seen are eBay ~500 but I'd rather go with the other sources for a peace of mind
