Middle lane hogger shunted by artic.

Ok, so you can't go about shunting other motorists but it looks like hogging the middle lane is starting to get right up some people's noses. Rightly so.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...shire-34933345

Also, neck and shoulder pain...hmmm.

It's hard to justify hitting another vehicle on purpose but to have been in that situation he must have been doing less than 56mph in the middle lane, in a car, which is bad driving. Having a minimum speed limit may not be possible, but holding up traffic or not keeping with the flow of traffic/lane hogging really needs sorted out.

And the cynic in me wonders if someone who owns a dash cam company being involved in this is all just a little too convenient!

Yeah looks like the driver is just an accident waiting to happen.

Using another vehicle to deliberately 'shunt' another vehicle while both are moving is fucking stupid and criminal.

Invariably it would be the cars following that would be involved in an accident, not these two fuckers.

Also I doubt someone owning their own business will be hanging around slow enough to be overtaken by a lorry.

What's the odds this was in response to the lorry earlier overtaking (slowly) another lorry and this cock wanting payback.

Both. I fucking detest middle lane hoggers. So much for the police giving them points & a fine, this cunt should be fined along with the lorry driver imo!

Yes both. But you can tell the car driver is a holier-than-thou utter tosser and how he could have sustained injury is anyone's guess.

"Special constable"

"My life flashed before my eyes"

"Neck and shoulder pain"

What a tit.

I'd be astonished if he hadn't been baiting the lorry driver, not that it's an excuse to do that, but I don't believe his completely blame free claim.

I don't condone the lorry driver but if the driver was not a selfish arse this would all have been avoided.

As said for him to be holding a lorry up he was going seriously slowly in a middle lane with nothing in the inside lane or middle lane for some distance.

And to have neck pain indicates he truly is a cunt.

And to prove what a bigger wanker he is, look at the mark up he's charging on an 0803 (he calls it silent witness) that you can buy on Amazon for less than half the price.

Compete tit, with evidence from his own dashcam. Hope he's enjoying the attention, and gets charged with careless driving. Middle lane hogging is the gold standard of moronic drivers.

If I were the police, I'd want to see the dash cam footage from a lot earlier on.

What are the odds on that having been deleted?

What a pair of cnuts!
2 wrongs don't make a right, but self righteousness of Mr Dashcam is horrendous, looking at the pic of damage on his car, no way he had whiplash, should do him for insurance fraud as well. Maybe he was baiting the lorry?
They should employ Ronnie Pickering to deal with these situations, as that's the only language these oxygen thieves would understand, lol
