Opens roads for fast driving in tri state area?

I am itching to drive fast, but don't want to get a ticket! Does anyone know of open road areas free of cops in the tri state area? I am in the King of Prussia area, which is 20 mins outside of Philadelphia.
Thanks in advance

Note that local PA police are not permitted to use radar--only PA state troopers can do that. So you may be good on some Chester County back country roads.

Here's a place you could "drive fast"...

These clowns were racing on a public highway on Route 9 in Old Bridge, NJ.

Also note that Philly PD has radar. Lots of locals use timing systems. Also worth noting that PSP don't necessarily stick to interstates. They run traps on quite a few state routes in Chester County.

I didn't know @ Philly PD, but agreed on your other points.

Yep, I think they got access because they have jurisdiction over 95, 76, and 676 through city limits.

Well....make sure to watch out for deer! lol

I used to scope the area by getting on one exit and off the next and looping back around.
If you go out with a friend to scope for each other then you are going to be pretty safe.
