2013 328i MSport Steering Wheel Controls Not Working

I've noticed that none of the buttons on the steering wheels are working. Cruise control doesn't activate, nor does the volume work, but the horn does work still. Does anyone know if there's a setting you turn on or if the steering wheel is just broken?

Any help is appreciated!

All of the buttons are on the CANBUS. Horn is a hard circuit. Sounds like you need a trip to the dealer.
