Any recommendations on shops and about what ill spend?

price will depend on what kind of film..
ceramic vs non ceramic... ceramic will be the choice for most as it offers better heat reduction/UV protection..considering you live in florida and if you park outside a lot.. price wise depends on brand and installer...but ball park wise 300-400 for cer, non cer should run you less than 200

300-400 should include windshield.
