Tire & rim protection insurance
Does anyone know if the tires must be RFTs in order for the coverage to be valid? Meaning if I replace the stock RFTs with non RFTs (or non RFTs winters), will it void the coverage?

This is on the link you sent. My contract isn't handy, but I think the bolded language means you can't just replace them with whatever you want. Quote:

manufacturer specification is open to subjection. One would have to consider the context of the verbiage here. If manufacturer is labeled as BMW then yep that could be bad but if not it could be said to be the tire manufacturer too which are usually experts in what will work on the vehicle. RFTs and non RFTs both fit the vehicle.
