How to unplug idrive knob wire?

I removed the trim next to shifter. There is a wire underneath the trim connect to the idrive knob. I try to unplug it but fail. Any idea how to unplug?

You pretty much just pull it I did it a while back there may or may not be a small tab you press down and then pull

Try wiggling it from side to side while pulling and look for a tab underneath it
