Trunk Tail Light No Power to Running light (middle bulb)

Hey guys!
Recently I start getting bulb warning and noticed that the trunk passenger side tail light (middle bulb on the attached picture) is out. I checked the bulb and it appeared to be good. Then, I unplugged the bulb holder from the passenger side and connected it to the driver side and it did work fine. I also check the wires covered by the trunk wire protector and did not discover any broken wires.
Any ideas?
