Should I mod now?

I've been contemplating on doing some mods on my car I recently purchased in July.. But winter is about to come up in Virginia.. Should I bother modding it now?

I bought my car July 31. I've done the full M Perf aero kit, intake, exhaust, tune, stumpy the bar, and other misc mods here and there. Coilovers going on this weekend.

Granted, CA doesn't really have winters. But yes, start now. Plenty of things you can do now that won't be affected by winter.
