Bluetooth still "forgetting" iPhone and staticky

So BMW apparently updated my Bluetooth system so that it's "up to snuff."

So it worked for about a day, then everything went back to crap again.

Exactly what version of the software should I be running here? Can someone point me in the right direction to a download or update etc.?

For now I'm just using the USB, which is fine I suppose....thanks!

No ideas on an AV section on less? Can't believe it.
