Service Engine Soon 6 Flashes

Installed my procede rev 3 today and as soon I started the car the service engine soon kept flashing, 6 times to be exact. Any help?

You have the Proceed installed?

Yes I installed it but my wires seem off. That might be the reason or it might be vin locked. So I took it out since the lights kept flashing
