Code 0420 and 3106

I am wondering if any one else has run in to these codes. They originally popped up with I was going about 51 in 4th gear on my e50 ptf tune. I had to take the tune off to take it to the dealer for some maintenance and they still came back with the tune off. I seems to happen in the 40- 60 range in 4th gear but I haven't been able to catch it by logging it.

If anyone else has had these pop up and knows what causes them that would be of some great help.

Some other codes that were also popping up were 2BCB, 2C56, and 2C58 but those were with the tune on.

Not sure if they are related or not.
