Anyone help me on tuning the Timing Tables
I have looked at V8BAiTS spreadsheet but to me its not clear enough.Im just looking to set timing to 12 degrees max.I have spxxx e55 flash(v8.3_spx_E55_Mboost_high load.boost) which is at 12.7 but just looking to be more on the conservative side of 12 max timing. My fueling is fine and run a ethanol mix of e50-55 mix.running stage 2 pump & 100% methanol.I have IJE0S,i have read from a post here that there was a possible issue with spxxx maps & possibly why they were pulled & the BASE maps we inplace of the highload maps, wether thats true or not im not sure & dont want to start anything. He has helped us alot.I tried emailing him but must be too busy so...I dont want to F'up my car so if anyone can help me out that would be great!

Its pointless to run E50+ with less peak timing than that. If you were to get into trouble it would be high timing down low (flat line or reverse slope) at lower rpm/high boost. But if you want to run less than 12.7 peak timing you cant run anybody's E50+ tune. NONE will be timed with less timing than that. Stop being scary, use less ethanol and a lower ethanol tune if you want to be conservative but the point of that much ethanol is to be able to run that kind of timing. The easiest thing to do would be an across the board -1.0 reduction on the main timing table in tuner pro.
