Finally picked up my 335 m performance edition
Waited for a month, finally picked up my Suzuka Grey 335 mpe today. Now with the 18s winter tires, can't wait till summer to put the 20s on. The color from the pic definitely just look like another normal white car. The if you see the car in real, is really different and is awesome. I luv it.

Haha, you are not the first one saying that. It does look like a regular AW from the pic. I will try to take pic with my wife pearl white Volvo and should be able to tell the different.

Congrats and welcome. Those 20-inch rims are amazing. Are the mirrors and the front lip black or carbon fiber? It's a little hard for me to tell from the pics?

Congrats on the new cars guys. The Suzuka Grey is an interesting colour at dusk or at night. Very different than AW. I think you will love driving them.
I'm finding the piano black trim to be a real pain as it marks very easily. Thinking of carbon fibre wrap or perhaps the CF trim pieces for the dash and door handles. Does anyone know what the CF trim would cost?

The 20's are indeed a rough ride. I rattled the fillings in my teeth a couple of times. Snow tires are less rough but necessary with the temperatures in the morning these days. My summers felt like bricks the last few times I drive them below 10C.

Or you could wrap the interior trim in vinyl Cf. It's actually very easy to do and is very cheap. $40 us for 3m vinyl wrap, and maybe 5 hours of my time over 3 nights to do all four door pulls, Idrive centre console, driver side and centre vents, and I even did the headlight switch vent. Let me know if you want to see some pictures. Best of all, it protects the piano black (an covers it up... Not a huge fan of it) and is completely reversible! Amazing car!!! I have the same one except I opted with the carbon fibre spoiler and mirror caps. I took delivery on Saturday morning but the only problem was it wasn't complete (I knew that coming in). All of the M-Performance parts did not arrive with the car except the 20" Rims. I am still waiting for all the parts but I have the car. I took pics at the dealership but I am going to wait until the car is completely finished before I post any pics. You'll get to see the before and after shots. My car is still stock 300hp with stock exhaust. Can't wait to see and feel the difference once the car is ecu tuned to 335hp with the M-Performance exhaust.
Suzuka Grey (SG) is my favourite car colour. Pictures doesn't do justice. You have to see it in person to really appreciate the colour. I have a picture of the car when it arrived at the dealership parked behind an alpine white M5. You can totally see the difference. SG colour looks better in my opinion. Stay tuned for pics. Hopefully sooner than later Congrats a0315 & mad villain. I have to say, you picked an awesome car. |
