After 4 delays to the delivery date my car finally arrived this morning.

Stripper? It has virtually no options - just privacy glass and black panel display - so it's going to be just about the lightest, and therefore quickest, F31 335d about*. Well that is until I sit in it.

It was a cancelled lease order with an assigned build slot - given the full cost of options is spread across the lease I wasn't fussed about paying £900 just for the benefit of looking at Pro Nav for 2 years so just left it effectively bare. Going to be the family hack so won't be spending mega hours in it anway.

Decided to run it in as a lease car should be; 0 to 120 leptons on a deserted bypass had me giggling - son in the passenger seat was "Oh wow, oh Wow, oh WOW!"

So from stripped down I assume, no heated seats, no folding mirrors, halogens? Or LED's?

Privacy glass is a bonus on the F31 especially if you have pets in back during summer, keeps it nice n cool.

Indeed. Absolutely nothing bar the 2 options. The very definition of poverty spec. There's going to be an AUC salesman in 2 years time cursing me.....

The white temperature display is an improvement on the red. Does it go red at night?

Is the black panel useful? Does it show sat nav directions from the business sat nav?

Yes, yes and yes. The sat nav directions also includes the next street name when approaching a turn.

The list of radio stations/tracks is also displayed where the arrow is - don't know if this is BPD specific or whether it's a std feature
