Sport + vs. Comfort RPM

While driving today, I've realized that with foot down in comfort mode, the car red lines at 7000 rpm. I then switched it into Sports + and then floored it. The car shifted at 6500 rpm. I then tried to shift manually in Sports +, however, when I reached 6500 rpm, it felt like I hit the rev limiter or something. The car had this weird nudge when I reached that RPM. Anyone know anything on this? How come the car revs more in Comfort than Sports?

No. The shift revs are different according to the gear, but no differences between different programs, Confort, Sport, Sport+.
In 1º gear it changes at 6500, in 2º gear at 6600, in 3º 6800/6900, in 4º and 5º at 7000rpm
