I bought Depo tail lights

So I bought a brand new pair off of ebay, along with the adapter for pre-LCI cars. The third piece I missed was something about coding? What does that mean and where do I get it done? Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I know. I only noticed we had a section after posting this thread. So is it good enough for coding and MHD?
