What is this wire?

I have an additional power wire (im guessing) running right near my hifi amp in the trunk of my 2008 335i. Its not the one that plugs into the OEM amp but looks almost identical.

Anyone know that is? See the picture attached.

Shout out to technic for the awesome harness. Works like a gem!

The picture shows a Logic7 amp, not HiFi. The spare wire is for hooking up an OEM CD changer.
