(ISTA/P)errors
Has someone experienced the issues i'm getting, See attachments.. it's been a while since i ran ista/p on my 06 bmw 330 e90 can't remember what version i used on it, it used to work, i tried older versions of ista/p thinking my current 3.56.3.002 doesn't support my e90 but i still got the same message with the older versions, the only thing i have done to the car was i used ncsexpert to enable some features because after using ista/p when i did worked my settings got set to default and i recently replaced the blower motor resistor(ac) and rear right door lock both are used parts.
Could of ncsexpert caused ista/p to stopped working? I know ista/p resets the settings to default because i had used ncsexpert then ista/p and all my tweaks are turned off. thx in advance Last edited by lalaura; 09-21-2015 at 04:09 AM.. Reason: cannot show pic |

I am wondering if this has to due with K can vs D can
I am wondering if this has to due with K can vs D can.
Better to go to the coding section or a coding board to get this anwered. bmwcoders.com http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=368 The cars before 3/07 used a kcan bus and the ones after used dcan. I have a copy of DIS57 that works on the kcan cable but never messed with ista but it came way after 3/07 I believe. If you find the answer post it. Also I am wondering if someone messed with the programming or replaced some of the modules that needed to be vin coded to the car. It looks like you should use inpa and ncsexpert to interogate the Frm and Cas modules and see why if there data agrees. Last edited by ctuna; 09-21-2015 at 01:24 PM.. |
