Angel Eye Voltage Help

Hey guys I am looking to increase the voltage of my angel eyes soon. I have a 2009 328i coupe and actually going to get new bulbs (80 watt) angel eyes soon but will I be able to increase the voltage on after market bulbs? And can someone walk me through the coding steps of increasing the voltage to 13.8? I saw that there is another post on increasing the voltage but the person used NCSdummy and I've never used NCSdummy and honestly think it complicates a lot of things. Can someone please walk me through the steps only having to do with NCSexpert? Thanks!

Have you considered that increasing voltage makes for brighter lights, but they burn themselves out faster, too. And the AE bulb unfortunately harder to get at, for changing.
