try looking for the part you want first, then google around for vendors that sell it for the lowest price. There is no choice place, it depends on what you want..

I think most people here will agree that OEM is ideal for your DD, but there are also some very quality aftermarket parts out there. Avoid parts from ebay if you can, they are really hit or miss in the quality department. If you search for things on sites like BavAuto, OEMBimmerParts, FCP Euro, or ECSTuning, you'll find an assortment of generally high quality aftermarket parts and plenty of OEM parts.

Start by checking the vendor review forum
Then go to vendor website and check their customer reviews
Last go to the vendors section and see if this vendor is offering any deals on the product you are looking to get

Ideal. LOL. BMW sure as hell cant get it right, with piles of parts revisions, premature failures, etc.

I'd go aftermarket first. Can't be any worse...

OE charge pipe

For some reason BMW cannot get it right with the charge pipe on any chassis

Check the Uk section on this forum for UK vendors

Most if not all US vendors ship to Uk as well
