Searching for a heavy battery drain. Help
Hi Guys
I have a very serious battery drain. My car can fail to start after 3-4days of not being used. Firstly, my battery is new and a larger 90kwh AGM battery from BMW due to all the additional bits i have in the car and yes it was coded to the car correctly. My car is on a full air setup (compressors etc..) I have a full audio boot build (but they are controlled by my Audison Bit1 and when that turns off it turns the whole system off) I have a viper alarm with a bright blue LED warn away flashing deterrent, proximity sensor, which goes off around 15 times a day etc.... I know it is a silly question, but what is the best way of fault finding and pin pointing the issue to something? Is it as simple as disconnecting the specific systems from the battery and seeing whats what? Or is there another method of measuring the drain ? Many Thanks Josh |

Use an amp meter and then pull fuses to isolate different possible drains.
