Question about Jehnert XE200 subs

I have the Jehnert xe200 subs , and I have my Jl audio xd600/6v2 crossover at 160 hz HP.... is that safe for the woofers? What are the benefits (if any) of lowering them to 160 hz HP instead of 200 hz HP ?

What's the highest gain ( input sensitivity) that the Jehnerts can handle safely on the Jl Audio xd600/6v2 ?

Thanks

try about 9:00 on the doors and about 12:00 on the underseats, then make small modifications from there till the underseats are very present but blend well.
