http://www.wheel-size.com/size/bmw/3-series/2009/

http://www.wheel-size.com/size/bmw/2-series/2014/

These are the link related to bolt pattern for both cars.

Thread size (THD) for M235i is M14 X 1.25 whereas, for E92 is M12 X 1.5.
and please check offset for both.
I am confused.Please help!

should fit, but they may not fit as flush because the 2 series is a bit narrower than 3 series, but the M may have wider wheels anyway.

Thread size wouldn't matter because you are re-using your E90/92 wheel bolts. Though it would surprise me that they would be different.

difference in the width of the cars really has nothing to do with it. the wheels are probably the exact same specs as the msport wheel for a 3 series. 8 in the front 8.5 in the rear. 34-37 offset. they will fit.....

based off that link, looks like the 235i wheels have bigger offsets than our cars so you may need a spacer. Try it out and see how they fit. Spacers are cheap
