Bypassing e92 subwoofer?
Hey guys my subwoofer on my 328i coupe is blown on the passenger side. Is there any way to bypass the sub on ncsexpert or inpa? I tried to disconnect the subwoofer but when I disconnected it, the speaker on the door turned off as a result so they are connected together. Is there a way to bypass the speaker without disconnecting the speaker on the door?

If you need a temporary solution, disconnect the 4 pin connector at the sub, and make a jumper wire to complete the circuit. The sub uses Pins 2 and 3 as input, and has an output loop at Pins 1 and 4 which go to the door speakers. I'm not sure which are the exact connections, but its something like connecting Pin 2 to Pin 1 and Pin 3 to Pin 4. |
