Jehnert xe200 flatlines and Jl Audio xd600/6

I Set the xd600 for the Jehnerts to LP 200 hz with gains at 9 o'clock but the underseats sounded rumbly and muddy ...is that normal ? When I put xd600 on HP 80 hz they sound better, will this setting damage the Jehnerts ?

200 is probably a little high, dry somewhere in between, you want to find a good balance between good clean midbass (no mud) and decent low end.
