ecu flash? software update? anything?

okay after wasting the past 30 minutes of my work day

reading through useless "+40HP gains from ecu flashing" posts...is there truly anything out there that would help a poor 325 owner such as myself out with a few extra ponies?

The short answer is no, unless you want to shell out 3 grand on the Turner Motorsports 330i upgrade intake/ecu/header upgrade.
