This set is BBS made (made in Germany) BMW OEM M3 wheels style 219m.

Specs for the wheels are:
Front 8,5x18 ET29
Rear 9,5x18 ET23

Offset works great for that flush, stanced look.

Tires are Accelera PHI, which have decent reviews on Amazon:

Tires are almost brand new with 8/32" thread left (most new tires start at 10/32").

Specs for the tires are OEM M3 specs:
Front 245/40/18
Rears 255/40/18

This sizes fit my LOWERED E93 on H&R springs with a mild fender roll (no pull, just pushed the inside inner metal lip). I don't foresee any fitment issues on any stock height E9X, for lowered cars I'd go one size down on the tires.

Wheels and tires are in great condition, tires are almost new. Please see pics.

They are BMW OEM (factory) wheels made by BBS as shown by the factory stamp in the hub.
