engine bay overheating??

Hi guys i just noticed my car engine bay is very hot even after 2 hours of parking in garage. i opened up the hood and found out something scary.
nothing is touchable, they are all very hot(after two hours of parking indoor). And as you can see, the tape on my afe tuner is completed melted.
does this sound normal to you guys?

I agree, i guess turbos are quite hot especially when theres 2 turbos. I dont even push the car hard but just from normal driving and then parking back in the garage, i would feel hot air coming from the wheelwell and hood for quite a bit of time. From this, ive held off on any intakes because it will just turn into hot air causing the car to bog down

These cars do not have two (2) turbos. One turbo that is a twin-scroll.

The N55 also runs much hotter than the N20

well, I never thought heat can last that long period of time. I always Park in garage and have good vantilation. maybe it is normal since I have never had a turbo car before.

It's normal. Mine does the same thing. Especially after I have been driving for a while.

When I get a chance I will temp check the surface of my hood tonight at different times. I know the areas right over the head lamp sinks get extremely hot

Update:

Ambient temp before leaving the garage this morning:
middle of hood 88.1
corner above headlight sink 87.8 (DRL on)

When I returned after a 30min drive in 90+ temp
middle of hood 128.5
corner above headlight sink 126.6 (DRL on)

temps never went up after being parked, thought for sure they would but they didn't. They gradually decreased
