Boost leak?

For those who have had boost leaks. I need suggestions. No codes..mm car runs fine except no boost. Intercooler connections seem fine. Chsrgepipe is fine. What else could be causing me to have no boost. My vaccum lines are good...I have a boost gauge in my vent and registers vaccum fine...I'm at a loss. It was like cruising on the highway. And went to accelerate and no boost

Check all of your vacuum lines, and actually pressure test them (see the N54Tech DIY). Then test the boost solenoids.

Are you using a tune of any kind?

If your not getting 1 psi out, then it should be pretty damn easy to hear the air leak out.. Did you check the 2 vacuum lines going over the OFH ? while the car is running, pull one vacuum line at a time from the canister and see if you can hear a change in the exhaust tone. report back.

If you are not getting any boost the car will throw a code.

And your interface has all of the appropriate values correct? You're using the BB Backend, so make sure the steering wheel controls are set to 4/2 & all AFR BIAS + DUTY BIAS values are 0.

Also make sure you have gear 1-2-3 boost set to 0.0 to disable any JB4 control lowering those specific gears targets.

Correct....AL values are as stated. I was boosting just fine on map 2 and then 10 minutes later no boost at all.

Is the wastegate(s) stuck open? Somethings odd, because if you truly had a boost leak, there should be a 30FF (at least). Did your exhaust get much louder since the issue started?

Hopefully the guys at N54Tech can find an answer in the logs.
