Having problems with online search

Having seen online search as one of the best parts of my car, I'm disappointed to find out its that its stopped working. It's been that way for a week now. All I get is 'no connection available'

Strange thing is, the rest of the connected drive seems fine. I can see google images for example.

Any ideas anyone?

Weird one that, mines been working fine and as you say it's an excellent facility..

I spend my life driving from accountancy firm to accountancy firm. 99% of the time it finds them no problem.

Until now. When it's just completely f'in stopped.

Anyone care to comment on the best way to resolve? Is there any way of calling a help centre from the car? I'd prefer not to have to take it to the dealers

ring concierge if you have it in your car? or hit it with a hammer
