Severed optic and speaker wires

Hello I had the unfortunate luck of having my optic wires damaged. The wires go to the amp in the rear I believe, it's a silver amp. I'd like to relpace the wires myself. Any suggestions on how to begin?

The fiber optic cables come from the distribution block behind the drivers side rear seat bolster. If you don't have folding seats you have to take out the whole rear seat. You can use a laser pointer to figure which cables are for the amp.

Well that's a relief. I thought I was going to have to access the head unit. I'll take a look under the drivers seat tomorrow. Hopefully I will get my tunes back. Thanks so much.

Just to be clear it is behind the rear seat not under the drivers seat. If you have folding seats it is behind this panel on the drivers side.

If you don't have folding seats the whole rear seat has to come out.

Fiber optic wire replacement.

Any idea on how to remove the fiber optic wires from the connector?
