FS: '97 e36 M3/4 Turbo, Built frankenstein motor, and more

Hey guys, I'm listing for sale my 1997 M3 sedan. It is a luxury trim. Overall the car is great shape, and runs awesome. It was converted to od1 and runs on a electromotive tec3r pnp built by sias tuning. It has been converted to e85, but could be reverted to regular fuel with just tuning changes. Every bushing, mount, and control arms on the car were changed when the engine build was done. The chassis has 151xxx miles on it, the Motor has about 3000 miles. It does not have A/c but could easily be added back in. I left the A/c compressor bracket on the engine so adding it back is nearly plug and play. I just swapped in a new Borg Warner S366 Turbo (Previously had a Precision 6766), and built a nice stainless 3.5" downpipe for it. I will include the 3.5" downpipe with the sale of vehicle. Right now the car has a 3" turbo back exhaust on it. It is very quiet. It is now tuned on 17psi for the s366 and runs smoother than ever. 11psi on pump gas 4th gear 17psi e85 vs 700whp 335i, 600whp 1jz isuzu, and 800whp lighting 17psi e85 vs 700whp 335i Engine Mods: -M52b28 block bored to 84.5mm -S52 Crank balanced -CP pistons 8.5:1 Compression -Pauter Rods -VAC oil pump -Metric Mechanic Port and polished S52 head -Supertech Valvesprings -All ARP hardware. -ICS Godzilla copper head gasket -Southbend stage 5 clutch -666 T4 top mount manifold -Borg Warner S366 Turbo -Id1000 injectors -Walbro 450 e85 pump -Maxpsi fuel pump hardwire kit -Tial MVR 44mm wastegate -All 3" charge piping -Tial BOV -Electromotive Tec3r standalaone w/3bar map sensor -M50 intake manifold -Electric fan conversion -///M aluminum engine cover -Euro style expansion tank relocation (using vw tank) Suspension: -Ground control coil overs w/Koni yellows and eibach springs -Ground Control camber and caster plates -UUC sway barbarian sway bars.(rear not installed but included with sale) Brakes/Tires -New zimmerman cross drilled rotors -New hawk hps pads -BFgoodrich gforce sport comp 2's up front (maybe 100 miles on them) -Nitto Nt555r drag radials in the rear (maybe 100 miles on them) Interior -Black Vaders up front (very good condition) -Fold seats in the rear. I took a ride in this beast when it was being tuned. On a straight away the torque had me gripping the door handle for dear life; there is no way to prep yourself for what this car puts down.
