Quick jb4 stage 2 question

I read on another post you need to install stage 1 before stage 2? Is this true? So if i ordered the 539.00$ chip for the n55 it wont work until i buy the 350$ stage 1 chip? No way..

That isn't true : you only need to buy the JB4 on its own.

So much bad info out there. BMS, I think, tried to make it simple by naming one tune the BMS Stage 1 and the other tune the JB4. You don't need stage 1 first, you can go straight to the JB4.

obriennathaniel , how you liken AWRON ? Which gauges do you use the most? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this...

I don't regret buying it for sure lol. Waited forever for it to come in though cuz I bought it when they first released. But I mainly look at my oil and IAT's. It doesn't read correct boost due to the jb4 tricking the DME, but that should change with my flash tune.

Relax JB4 is all you need.

Stage 1 if you are going to remain fairly stock or just get the JB4 out of the gate if you plan on further modifications.

You don't need stage 1 before getting JB4.

Thats not true. The Full JB4 @ 529.00 is a complete kit and all you need.
