I kept it. After hearing AWE in person I decided it wasn't an upgrade to MPE.

I kind of feel the same way. The MPE retains the sound the car normally makes but simply exaggerates it and magnifies the noise. The AWE is a different type of sound, albeit a great sound, it's just not the same that emanates from the stock pipes. It's simply personal preference.
