Lease takeover 2015 M4 Mineral White/SO 6MT @ $815/month

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
You won't find a better deal. Absolutely love the car, but I really want to do a Euro delivery again, and I'll be getting the convertible model instead. This M4 was part of a Euro delivery back in November, and now has 7500 miles on the clock. 39 month lease, with 32 months remaining (end date is 02/01/2018). 12k miles a year. Given the packages, the tire and wheel insurance, and the monthly milage allowance, this is the cheapest M4 around. The monthly payment of $815 INCLUDES tire and wheel insurance, as well as the following packages:

Executive Package
•Retractable headlight washers
•Comfort Access keyless entry
•Head-up Display
•Satellite radio with 1 year subscription
•Heated Steering Wheel
•Rear view camera
•Park Distance Control

Lighting Package
•Adaptive Full LED Lights
•Automatic high beams

Carbon fiber roof

19" Black Light-Alloy Wheel Double-SpokeStyle 437 M with Mixed Perf. Tires

Adaptive M Suspension

Manual Transmission

Enhanced USB and Bluetooth plus Smartphone Integration

Harman Kardon surround sound system

35% Window Tints (only "mod" done to the car)

Does NOT come with Euro plates, that's my souvenir

As you can see, every essential option is there. This is the perfect car if you don't need the convertible. The mineral white is beautiful under the right lighting. I am asking for $4000 to transfer this lease. Thank you.

Now explain to us why we would not order a new ED car for the same price?

Your options are spot on for sure and I will also be doing a ED...... only way to buy a BMW.

It would of been a great deal if it wasn't for the $4k.

If money was not put down initially, the seller actually ought to pay the buyer in a lease transfer since the seller used the car "brand new" in the first few months that the seller used the car. And the car depreciates the most in the first few months.
Plus remember this is a 39 month lease not a 36.
So I don't get the $4k thing that the seller is asking. Instead $2-$4k should be offered.

+1 and it would be a really good deal if he were willing to pay someone 4k to get out of it. That's more realistic.

I saw your car headed south on the I-91 a week or so ago (Sunday). It looks AWESOME and so aggressive in real life and it sounded fantastic!!! I was wondering if you had the MPE, but I guess now I know it does not!

There was a SO M5 on the road around the same time too. Not sure if you guys were together.

GLWS!!!
