Need Opinion on leasing!!

Hi guys i am looking to lease a 2015 M3

here my final run down on my numbers


MSRP: $67675.00
After the Discount price: $64291.00(final cost of the car)
MF: 0.00129
Residual: 64%
36 month/ 12k Mileage per year
$3000 down (include fees and registration and etc)
8% sale tax (cali )
My monthly is 757.40

They told me with $0 down (just pay the registration and fees and etc)my monthly payment will be extra $30-$40 with come out to be around approximately $800. Is this a good deal? What you think.

dont put any money down on a lease as Cap reduction
with zero down your lease is only $782 w/out tax and fees
use the 3k or so and add a few bucks towards MSD (multiple security deposits) to lower the buy rate (mf) and save your self some money on the monthly AND get all of it back at lease end.
4x MSD $3200 brings the MF down by .00028 gives you $748 monthly before tax/fees

remember every 1xMSD equals .0007 to a max or .0049 off the Buy rate MF of .0129
1 MSD is whatever your monthly payment is rounded to the nearest $50 UP AFTER the new MF is applied

Add an extra zero to each of those

If you have the extra cash you can add up to 7 MSDs..but that'll be like $5k drive off

THe most i think i will put in is like $3000 for the security deposit. ? For example is i am currently have 0.00129 MF and if i put down $3000 for the MSD. What is my new MF will be?

Should be close to 3 msd so after is .00108
