Bought these off EBay but couldn't get the outer ring to light up on one side even though the bulbs were illuminated. I can return to China but shipping is quite a bit so offering them here instead if someone wants to give them a shot. Price offered is the same as my cost to return so don't bother offering less...just figured I would see if someone was interested in them here. I can take a photo if someone's interested...I just need to open up the packaging.

Be sure the bulb is in flush and is turned all the way, if this is not done right the outer ring will not light up how it should. I had to take mine out and refit them a few times before it was perfect.
