2015 YMB DCT lease takeover with free ESS E-tronic

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
Looking for someone to takeover my 2015 YMB DCT car with 5900k miles on the clock. 15k miles per year on a 36 month lease with 30 more months remaining. Payment is $1149/mo before tax in my state. I have the M-Performance Exhaust with titanium tips, M Carbon fiber spoiler and M-Black kidney Grilles installed at the Port and INCLUDED in the monthly payment. I am including other freebies as outlined below. No need to dump extra cash into an exhaust or M parts as this has them already rolled into the monthly cost so no lump sum of cash needed nor any upgrades needed. Throwing in my ESS Etronic, Jehnert woofers, BMC filters installed and an oil change kit as detailed below.

Great for people as it is essentially added as a factory option and you only pay the portion you use in the lease. Options include.

-Carbon structure cloth
-DCT
-HK audio
-19 inch black wheels
-Adaptive Suspension
-M-performance exhaust with titanium tips
-M black kidney Grilles
-M black side markers
-Factory installed Tint
-CF roof

Swirl and scratch free pain. Hand washed only. Protected with Optimum sealant monthly.

Car run with 100 octane VP gasoline mixed with 91 for a 96-100 blend always.

Residual value is 42,557.

Have had ESS E-tronic on since 1200 miles and am including it for FREE. Have BMC filters installed (200 bucks) and will include OEM brand new filters. Also including installed Jehnert woofers in place of the OEM logic 7 woofers. These were 500 dollars and had custom mounts made. Will include the OEM woofers.

If that is not enough I have a brand new oil change kit I didn't get to use that I will throw in! It truly needs nothing and sounds amazing with the MPE.

Selling as I have found a great deal on a Porsche locally and I know I can always get back into a turbo bmw at some point. Car is perfect. PM me for details.

I have a '16 on order, though not scheduled for production until the end of September. I'm trying to make sense of taking over your lease, but man, its just such a high payment. What's the payoff amount?
