I've gone to edit my profile and I've added pics but I can't for the life of me make it show up on my posts.

I do not have one but it seems you would have to add a custom avatar under "Edit Avatar"

Go to the Settings section- http://www.2addicts.com/forums/usercp.php
On the left hand side you'll see Edit Avatar.

I usually access this forum on my iPad, which doesn't allow that function when using the app to access the forums, but I did log on thru Safari and it's there, just like you stated...
