V1 hardwire..

Whats going on guys.. I got a valentine one yesterday i need to hardwire it in my car.. Does anyone in the new york area know how to do this and want to help me out?

There are a few ways to do this. You can tap into the map light. You can use a savvy and plug it into your OBD port. You can fuse tap into the fuse box (Not the best way since the fusebox is now in the back of the car). I like the savvy because of the added function of muting the V1 automatically at low speeds, and that it is quick to install and 100% reversible.

I recommend mirrortap method, i did it last weekend. It is very clean with exception of opening the rear view mirror plastic cover. Took me a little bit of time to figure out how to open it.
