what reckamech said,
so basicly a $50,000 330i, after 3 years time is guessed to be worth $30,000. Higher percentage is obviously very good, because it makes for a lower lease price and of course more value for your $ if you buy the car. Those residual values are pretty good, but they've gone down a bit from the old BMWs like the E39 (5series) and E46 (current 3 series). I guess it just reflects the fact that so many more BMWs are sold these days, so they are more available in the marketplace, bringing residuals down a bit.. They were 66% percent on the E46, which was alot farther ahead then a C-class or A4. |
