Sakhir F80 going in for Xpel Ultimate + Modesta Today

As the title says. . .

My paint was near perfect until my buddy's dumb (smart) ass dog jumped in my trunk to find a dog toy that was in fact in there on Sunday while I was swapping my wheels. . . The scratches are really minimal but still aggravating.

I have some VERY minor use on the front end, likely a few salt clips etc but its pretty much mint.

The car is at Detailer's Domain while I'm away and its gonna come back nice and shiny. I promise pics will follow shortly after pickup!

I'm doing the "front facing" bits in Xpel ultimate and the whole car in Modesta.

FYI its the new Modesta BC-04 coating that is going on there.

OP, when you get your car, would you mind asking Detailer's Domain their thoughts on the Modesta, and how it compares to Optimum Gloss Coat and C-Quartz?

Nice choice, def curious to see the shine of the modesta.

I just had the entire front end of my F82 wrapped w/ Xpel Ultimate then the entire car coated w/ cQuartz finest. The Xpel Ultimate film is really incredible looking and with the edges wrapped under the hood to eliminate seams you can't tell its got a film on it at all.

I was most curious about maintenance, but after a quick powerwash on Sat morning it came out looking like I just waxed it. sweet!

The SO should completely pop with it.

I called the local company to buy xPel Stealth Matte. They quoted me $3,400 for just the material. There goes that thought.

Brianneck, I saw your car there last week, it was looking mighty good. I like your black wheels with SO it looks nice. I had X-pel done to my car also. Phil is great, has an M3 himself and really seems to enjoy taking good care of our cars.

Yeah he really does!

I have a few pics but no time for a few days as they are raw format and need a minute to develop. Thankfully I got them before my car was completely covered in pollen.

It looks RIDICULOUS. Like a whole new layer of clear coat love has been applied. It's so amazingly glossy. I've never seen anything like it.

Can you expand on the difference with the BC-03, BC-04, and BC-05?

That modesta really rocks on the candy colors.

BC-03 was designed for lighter color cars that are daily driven
BC-04 was designed for darker color cars that are daily driven
BC-05 was designed for more gloss - all types of colors.
