What is the default Auto Start/Stop Programming in the US?

I'm reading conflicting reports. Just ordered at 2015 F30 and am wondering what the default programming of the Auto Start/Stop feature is. Is it "last user setting", "on", or "off" out of the factory?

If it is "on" I will ask dealership to change it to "last user setting" on delivery of the vehicle.

Thanks.

I believe they are all set to "last user setting" now. My 2014 4 Series was.

Garage List
Last user setting, used to default to "on" on start but that was changed

BUt after that, you can turn it off, and take advantage of other ECO PRO settings.

Last user setting. Previously it defaulted to On all the time but that changed with MY 14 cars.
