What would you pay for this?

I've been looking between 135i's and 335i's and recently found this at the dealership, 09 335i, 47kmi, premium, sport, step, iDrive, Logic7, on 20" Vossen cv3's(don't know that I'm a fan of 20", but theyre growing on me) but has a gouge in the driver front tire(pic). Listed at 23,9

If I pull the trigger on this one, I would prefer to do it tomorrow. The others(1ers) are in Dallas(here), Houston, and San Antonio, which I wont get to till Saturday.

Also considering these:

'10 135i, 48.7k miles, step, premium, msport, silver on black, bike rack, spotless. Listed at 22,9

'08 135i, 52k mi, MT(I drive a lot of city, so this may not be worth it), premium, msport, silver on coral, drivers side bolster wear. Listed at 16,7
EDIT: Dealer listed incorrect mileage-82k miles..

09 135i, 47k mi, step, premium, msport, black on taupe. listed at 19,9

Figured I'd put everything here instead of linking..Any input is appreciated!

I would go for the step 135i, I live in SA so I know exactly what you mean about traffic. I would pick stock E92 18s or 19s over those 20s and any other vossen brand heavy cast wheels. No need buy a car and immediately have find replacement wheels and tires.

Also my last 3 cars have had black paint and I may be OCD but I get sick and tired of the high maintenance and swirls. There is just so many other nice colors that can give peace of mind.

The silver step? It's close and convenient, but black for 3k less(list price may also be negotiable)..

Have you test driven any of them yet? I would try that before picking one car over an other because of convenience or price.

If I where to pick based off of only the information given it would be the last 135i. Mostly because of the black/taupe combo that isn't generally a combo a "young" driver would go for. In my mind it means it hasn't been abused lol. Also it would be nice to see carfax on all of them, 99% of dealers offer that just ask.

Also if you're paying cash or already have financing squared away the ball is in your court. More so if cash, I would make a dumb offer on the one you decide on. I would start at 16k and negotiate from there.

For reference I bought my 08 335I for just over 17k. It had 59k miles one owner never left the town I bought it in. I also got a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty included in that price.

First one is too much and needs a new rubberband

I would go for the '10 135i but the price needs to come down a little. Also I don't think its an Msport. Has the wrong wheels.

Just so you know, most of the 1 series you are looking at will lose 5-$7k in value in the next year you will own them.

Most pre '09 are going for around $15k right now I wouldn't pay much more than that unless you do not care about resale value.

I'd take the silver MT 135 with coral red for sure. I commute in traffic with a MT and I prefer that over my wife's AT E90 with paddles any day.

Sara spotted. Not sure if it's the real thing, but it sure looks like it. Brief encounter. Flashes of red. Quick exit.
