Idrive crashing

Has anyone experienced Idrive crashing for no apparent reason?. Second time in two weeks, basically just shuts off the entire screen, no audio, then about 20 seconds later restarts.

possibly a bad harddisk. or maybe can be resolved with a software update @ dealer
